About Us

two ears one mouth was founded in 2009 by Duncan Nealon. Prior to setting up two ears one mouth Duncan used his research and strategy skills across a range of blue-chip clients while working at multi-national brand and communications research agency Millward Brown, before joining global advertising agency, McCann Erickson as Head of Research & Insight.

We are small in size, but big on experience. Experience across B2C and B2B sectors, and across the full range of qualitative and quantitative techniques - and throughout, experience in branding and communications. If you are looking for an agency to carry out a residents' association survey, or a programme of mystery shopping, we're probably not the agency for you. If however, you're looking for an agency to make your brand and communications work harder for you, we're most definitely the agency for you.
