Cat is a true research professional. Her analysis and interpretation skills are amongst the highest in the industry as she searches for the insight that will change your brand & communications. Her calm and collected manner also ensures she is appreciated by the most senior of audiences when feeding back findings.
Before joining two ears one mouth Cat spent close to a decade at Global research agency Millward Brown. In her role as Account Director, she led the insight teams behind the PepsiCo, De Beers & Diageo brands, to name but a few.
Sarah’s career spans a broad marketing and research background; both agency and client side. She has worked across a wide variety of categories and clients in a number of different roles and areas of expertise.
Sarah joins us from global brand and advertising research agency, Millward Brown, where she spent 14 years working on both qualitative and quantitative disciplines for a wide range of UK and International brands including Diageo, Nestle, Jaguar Land Rover BT and Avon.
Duncan is extremely experienced in both Qual and Quant research. His focus is on ensuring the right questions are raised, and then answered, and that recommendations are always commercially focused.
Prior to setting up two ears one mouth Duncan used his research and strategy skills across a range of blue-chip clients while working at multi-national brand and communications research agency Millward Brown, before joining global advertising agency, McCann Erickson as Head of Research & Insight.
